You can take a sight seeing tour and a walk through the Piran alleys, followed by an excellent Mediterranean meal in one of the numerous Istrian seafood restaraunts. Walk along the town-wall, and explore the restored church, nautical museum, and Tartini square. From the top of the Piran punta lighthouse take in the enchanting view over the Julian Alps and Dolomites. For the more adventurous why not head further afeild, North towards Venice, or South, to explore the Croatian coast on the west of the Istrian peninsula.
