What is covered in relation to COVID-19 disruption?
If you are not able to travel due to testing positive for covid, refused boarding for due to a temperature check, or in close contact with someone tested positive, the cost of your cancellation will be reimbursed.

Cancellation
Death following COVID-19 infection
Serious illness or disease following COVID-19 infection
Infection with COVID-19
Refusal of boarding by the means of transport reserved following temperature measurement
Case of contact with COVID-19
Maximum compensation €20,000 without deductible
Late arrival
Serious illness or disease following COVID-19 infection
Infection with COVID-19
Refusal of boarding by the means of transport reserved following temperature measurement
Case of contact with COVID-19
Maximum compensation: three days refundable rental. Deductible of one day
Interruption of stay
Interruption of stay following illness or death due to a COVID-19 infection during the stay
Maximum compensation €20,000. Deductible of one day
Hotel expenses following quarantine for disease
Extension of stay following quarantine
Hotel fee compensation: €80 per night for a maximum of seven nights
If you cannot travel because of borders closures, you will be able to reschedule your charter in the future.

How much does it cost?
Our cancellation insurance costs 4% of your total charter price cost. There is no excess if you claim for cancellation.
