1. BVI tourism board

If you’re having a gray day, a glance at the BVI Tourist Board’s Instagram account gives an instant hit of Caribbean color and vibrancy. Get your food, cocktail, sunset and sandy island inspiration from this vibrant feed of exciting images from the British Virgin Islands.

2. Yachts International

For the connoisseur of beautiful yachts, follow magazine Yachts International’s Instagram account and you’ll be treated to non-stop close ups of the world’s most fabulous yachts. We love obsessing at the details and have a huge appreciation for the sheer craft and professionalism that goes into making and delivering these fine vessels.

3. Finisterre

For sea lovers and fans of surfing spectacular waves, Finisterre’s Instagram account shares inspiring images with a sustainable message. This UK-based clothing company started life in Cornwall and is an innovator in practical, stylish and environmentally friendly clothes. Take a look at their natural rubber wetsuits from certified plantations, fluro carbon-free water repellent and waterproof fabrics and swimwear made from fishing nets.

4. La Vagabonde

Watch this Australian couple circumnavigate the globe on their boat, La Vagabonde. Once beginner sailors, they have now clocked 50,000 nm. They update their La Vagabonde’s YouTube account weekly and there are 100+ episodes that are entertaining and you learn so much from their videos. Don’t miss the amazing She Captain’s Instagram updates to learn more about Sweden’s female sailing and boat network that aims to take the world by storm. We interviewed founder, Anna Mourou Lange on why women need more role models to become confident sailors earlier in the year.

7. RNLI
