Die "neuen Empfangsbüros" Ihres Partners bestanden aus einem runden kleinen Tisch auf einem Radweg (der von Radfahrern auch gut genutzt wurde) vor dem Restaurant Delfina mit einer einzigen Sitzgelegenheit. Wer den "herzlichen Empfang" dort durchführt, konnte weder ich noch andere Kunden in Erfahrung bringen. Die Navigare Dame Florance war es jedenfalls nicht. Die "paar Minuten Zeit" dauerte nach dem Check-in um 14:45 immerhin bis 17:55, um danach nach Agios Kosmas Marina gebracht zu werden. Ein erbetener Kontakt zu dem Base Manager wurde verneint, da dieser am Wochenende nicht zur Verfügung steht. Dies ist insofern bemerkenswert, findet doch gerade an diesen Tagen ein Charterwechsel statt. Ob die Infrastruktur in dieser Marina (keine Duschen, kein Service) dem Anbieter Navigare und auch SamBoat genügen, weiß ich nicht; dem Anspruch meiner Crew und mir entsprach er jedenfalls nicht. Ihre Hoffnung, dass meine Erfahrung mit Samboat angenehmer wurde, hat sich nicht erfüllt.
