We have rented sailboats through various charters in various locations and generally had a better experience. The sailboat was functioning but more tired than I expected for its age. Getting the mainsail up took a lot of effort and was not smooth at all. The jib rolling system also took more effort than one would expect. Bathroom waste shutoff valve did not work. And there were other similar issues. The charter crew was also not as attentive as what we are used to. I expected someone to come and do a debrief when we returned the boat, but that did not happen. The boat was not ready to go when we arrived and missed various items that we had to ask for such as a gas tank, sufficient life jackets and a water hose.

Where is the boat?
