Assistance commerciale (transferts aéroports, liste de courses, ..) efficace et sans surprises. Assistance technique au départ et arrivée va à l'essentiel, procédures simplifiées et rapides. Etat du bateau et cleaning très corrects. (Bateau de 2024). Seul bémol, aucun moyen de ventilation en cabine (pas de ventilateurs électriques sur la flotte GAIS selon eux), pourtant habituellement présents sur ce type de bateau, nous avons dormi sur le pont toutes les nuits... La croisière aux iles éoliennes (3ème fois pour nous) reste un site de prédilection.
